About rreplacement fragrance install:

Do not tilt or invert the perfume significantly during installation or removal. Otherwise the fragrance will leaking or enter the diffuser and was damaged.

Method :One hand hold the machine(vertical) ,and another screws the fragrande to the diffuser.

About the cotton filter installation

Recently we got the feedback about diffuser not spray fragrance.

most of the problem happened because of the cotton filter and the spring install position is not correct .

the correct position is :1,please install the spring is under the cotton filter (as the picture below ), which is to make sure the cotton filter to connect the nozzles well .

2,if the install right but still not spray or very small, please try extendthe spring a little more , which will make the cotton filter connect the diffuser nozzles more fully

3,further more , please use a cotton cotton swabs lightly wipe the nozzle and try again ,switch the spray speed frequenly to clean the nozzle

About the white o-ring

the white o-ring is a sealing ring to preventing oil leaks ,if drop ,please put in back and screw on tightly. Don’t removed or thrown away

Will my items be sent in one package?

RETURNS

Order cancellation
